Preparing and baking 30 - 40 min


  • 125 ml crème fraîche or sour cream
  • 2 eating apples, grated
  • 125 g self-raising flour
  • 1 ts honey or syrup
  • 1 ts cinnamon
  • 1/2 ts nutmeg, granted
  • 1/2 ts salt
  • 4 eggs, separated
